𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: managed CRM tool integrations, leveraging data and analytics to provide actionable insights for customer growth strategies and enabling cross-departmental operational efficiency. I have built several reports and dashboard for my team to monitor customer segments including the first automated customer Health Score to measure customer engagament performance in detail.

𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: launched a team career development framework together with leadership to measure individual performance and mentored team members. Played a pivotal role in team hiring, onboarding, and coaching, fostering a culture of excellence. Designed and implemented onboarding and continuous learning development programs, reducing ramp-up time for new Customer Success hires and increasing customers ROI.

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: created and launched customer-centric email campaigns (including the first company newsletter with an average open rate of 30%), webinars (+ 500 attendees), and digital learning programs, boosting customer satisfaction scores and team productivity.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: built detailed project plans with multiple stakeholders, tracking timelines, and facilitating internal smooth communication. I hold a PRINCE 2 Project Management certification, which enables me to use a structured yet flexible approach to project delivery.

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆: managed end-to-end post-sales ownership, building processes for onboarding, implementation, and adoption. Took ownership of existing customer base and proactively prevented churn (>96% retention) while driving expansion (>50% YoY). 

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆: created customer campaigns to increase engagement through Intercom and HubSpot and revamped the customer help center.

- Prepared newsletters and campaigns for new / existing users. Followed up on new members and updated the company website.

- Managed the SoMe platforms of the company e.g. through Facebook Advert Manager, UNUM app for Instagram. Built the SoMe strategy together with marketing experts.

- Copywriting for SoMe content.

- Researched potential clients, trends, and news.

- Offered a job as sales representative at the end of the internship.

- Project management activities such as managing the company’s calendar, book-keeping, updating the website with upcoming events, arranging traveling and meetings for the CEO.

- Involved in various research projects for the realization of a design report, on themes such as sustainability and urban mobility.

- Developed a social media strategy to increase the following of the gallery through Facebook and Instagram.
