As a team member of Workday’s Success Plans team I'm responsible for:
-Planning and coordinating the delivery of optimization packages to customers
-Partnering with customers across various industries to identify system pain points and improvement opportunities
-Collaborating with consultants to provide tailored advisory services that enhance the value of the existing system setup
-Delivering opportunities to increase ROI by recommending and implementing best practices and system optimizations
-Facilitating conversations with clients to understand business needs and align Workday capabilities accordingly

As an education mentor for project management course my responsibilities were:

-released IOS encrypted chat messenger for limited number of users; 
-handled communication and negotiation with the stakeholders in the pre-sales phase.

-released several CRs to the web-site and back office for the students’ program management in Israel; 
-released a project of developing a mass mailing tool; 
-assisted the lead project manager with the support projects: CR management, communication, documentation writing; 
-experience in dealing with customers from the USA, Israel, the UK and others.
