Lead consultant helping businesses transform disparate data sources into unified, automated decision-making systems using BI and AI.

Led the 4-month implementation of AWS QuickSight financial dashboards, significantly accelerating the product roadmap. Managed the end-to-end process: from gathering stakeholder requirements and designing iterative mockups, to collaborating with engineering teams on complex data modeling. Additionally, trained junior BI engineers in data visualization best practices.

As an independent consultant, I invested in building a distinctive advisory practice at the intersection of data, strategy, and business intelligence.

As an interim COO, I oversee critical operational aspects across key business areas, including new product launches, sales and marketing operations, technical support, logistics and order processing, comprehensive company reporting, and contractor management.

As a consultant for HelloDoor, I developed a comprehensive product launch and fundraising strategy to accelerate time-to-market and maximize market share. I delivered a results-oriented roadmap encompassing competitive positioning, financial projections, pitch deck preparation, and investor outreach plans. By providing a detailed project specification - complete with a work breakdown structure, resource allocation, and cost estimates, I equipped the client to make informed, scalable decisions and optimize their overall launch execution.

As CEO of StoryMaze (by wonders.digital), I was responsible for the business development and product strategy of a B2C audio entertainment application. I managed a cross-functional team through all phases of the product lifecycle, including customer research, design iterations, and the delivery of PoC and public MVP releases. Furthermore, I developed structured business plans focused on market analysis and competitive positioning, and executed the fundraising process by building investor funnels and conducting pitch presentations.

Holding overall responsibility for PLVISION LLC and Ostware Services LLC, I executed a complete organizational transformation and rebranding strategy. I implemented systematic management practices and established a Project Management Office alongside an independent business development function. My duties included the direction of international sales, client strategies, and the direct negotiation of key contracts with Fortune 100 and 500 companies in the US, Europe, and Israel. These structured initiatives led to extended territory sales and a documented customer satisfaction rating of 4.75 out of 5.

Co-founded Toroki Ukraine in collaboration with business partners in both the United States and Ukraine, taking the lead in establishing the legal entity in Ukraine, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations. Expanded leadership responsibilities by becoming General Manager of all country operations in 2011.
