Driven by a lifelong passion for problem-solving, I’ve spent the past 14 years as a designer applying user-centered design methods to solve complex challenges and help companies innovate their products and processes.
With an analytical mindset and modular thinking, I know how to combine and adapt different design methodologies to fit each context. My experience covers persona identification, process mapping, and end-to-end product and service design.
