During my 20-year tenure as a Professor of Graphic Design and Digital Media, I have spearheaded the development of new curricula and pioneered the department's first distance learning initiatives. My leadership as a three-time Fulbright recipient involved consulting on international educational strategies and training faculty in advanced media arts. I have mentored hundreds of students through high-stakes portfolio reviews, with mentees successfully securing positions at organizations like the Jacksonville Jaguars and PGA Tour, as well as gaining acceptance into prestigious PhD programs and graduate schools. My work bridges the gap between academic theory and industry readiness, ensuring students transition from the "messy middle" of their education to high-profile professional success.
