At IBM, I design digital experiences across complex ecosystems and multiple industries. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the US, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, shaping product vision from discovery to high-fidelity prototyping.

Skilled in UX strategy, stakeholder communication, and cross-disciplinary collaboration, I bridge design, tech, and business needs to build thoughtful, scalable solutions. My work spans user research, design thinking workshops, micro-interactions, and advanced prototyping with clear documentation for developers.

At TOTVS, I worked on fintech products aimed at medium-sized businesses, helping to translate complex financial flows into clear, intuitive user experiences. I collaborated with product managers, engineers, and C-level stakeholders to deliver end-to-end UX solutions, from research and wireframes to final prototypes. I also advocated for Research Ops practices to structure learnings and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

At Indra, I designed internal HR platforms for one of Brazil’s largest banks (Itaú), focusing on dashboards and digital tools to support workforce management. I partnered with business analysts, HR specialists, and developers to turn complex data and processes into functional, user-friendly interfaces. I also facilitated workshops to align product vision, promote collaboration, and ensure clarity between teams.

As Art Director, I led creative campaigns and visual storytelling projects across the food, fashion, healthcare, and tourism sectors. I worked on concept development, branding, and multi-channel design execution, combining strategic thinking with visual consistency.

At Fiore, I crafted branding and communication design for clients in the healthcare industry. I contributed to both digital and print projects, ensuring cohesive visual identity and supporting broader marketing strategies.

I supported the communications team during cultural events and exhibitions. My work included content creation, press materials, and media outreach, helping amplify the voices of local artists and preserve the rich cultural narratives of the Brazilian Amazon through public engagement and storytelling.
