An enthusiastic professional with more than 8 years of global experience in operations and consulting with a knack for creative problem solving, analytical thinking, number crunching, project management, strategic planning, negotiations, multiple workstreams, and data-based decision making.
After completing my bachelor’s in engineering, I’ve evaluated refineries for design and safety compliance and consulted on efficiency from 300 ft. in the air, in various countries across the world. I’ve led and managed Oil & Gas operations across Asia. When combined with my MBA coursework, I’m able to analyze business scenarios and provide information backed recommendations by studying the underlying data and identifying the root cause of the operational challenges.
My passion is solving customer’s problems, which has brought me to the world’s most customer-centric company, Amazon, where I’m in their Pathways Operations Leadership Program. I lead a team of 400 people, ensuring they have the best possible, and safest work environment, while continuously improving daily operations, thereby bringing smiles to customers every time their perfect order arrives on time.
