I'm just in awe of humanity. I love distilling insights about humans into user-centred products. I feel a surreal sense of joy when I see the world through others' eyes, notice their unique ways of being and co-create synergy.
I'm an incredibly lucky people-person who has been blessed with diversely talented and caring tribemates, strategic leaders, and a unique opportunity to push the envelope of user research in an enterprise context. In the past decade, I've contributed to up-levelling the business impact of user research. It has involved creating techniques to holistically solve problems on the product, people, and process dimensions.
โThree months ago, I had a super insightful session with Varsha. At the time, I was trying to figure out how to showcase my value in a new team I had joined. Versha offered fresh perspectives I hadnโt considered before. Her guidance was incredibly helpful and I was able to implement her suggestions since then, which worked really well.โ
โMy session with Varsha was very helpful. She shared her experience transitioning from a hybrid role to a dedicated researcher and encouraged me to pursue the role I'm most passionate about, rather than making decisions solely based on job postings. Thanks Varsha for sharing your insights!โ
โI thoroughly enjoyed my session with Varsha! She assisted me in planning how to prepare for my upcoming interview. She also gave advice on how to assess business impact for UX projects. I strongly recommend her as a mentor!โ
