Worked as a Senior Product designer, taking ownership of the Policy Initiative within Tanzu Mission Control and then the Tanzu Hub. Collaborated closely with other designers and the research team, suggested and helped with changes to the Tanzu Design System.

Worked for more than 10 clients in different domains including one of the biggest clients of the company. Participated in product discoveries and presales, led delivery projects with up to 3 designers.  Applied Design Thinking principles to address complex business challenges, fostered innovation through workshops and conducted user and stakeholder research. Helped set up design processes, evaluated design involvement and consulted multiple enterprise clients.
Mentored other designers and helped them grow their competencies and reach their goals. Led knowledge-evaluation sessions, participated in interviews  of new hires and helped with the screening. Led one of the Softserve 2022 design internship groups of 10 young designers, led a lecture about research as part of their learning activities.
