I’m a Product Research leader at Motorola Solutions, where I lead research teams across complex, mission-critical products used in public safety and enterprise security.

My work sits at the intersection of research strategy, experience measurement, product development and organisational leadership. I help teams move from isolated research studies and metrics to systematic evidence that supports better product decisions. This includes building research operating models, developing product-health measurement frameworks, connecting behavioural and attitudinal data, and translating research into outcomes such as improved efficiency, reduced errors and greater user trust.

Sessions with Vasudha Chaudhari

• Master UX Research Skills (60 min): This mentorship is designed to help you build strong, practical research foundations through guided learning and discussion. We’ll focus on framing clear research objectives, designing surveys and interview guides, applying mixed-methods approaches, thinking through analysis, and translating findings into decisions. You’ll bring your own projects or examples, and I’ll support you with best practices, feedback, and perspective. This is a coaching and learning engagement rather than delivery, the goal is to help you grow confidence and independence in your research practice.
• Portfolio Review & Revamp (60 min): This mentorship focuses on strengthening how your work is presented and communicated. We’ll review your existing portfolio and case studies, discuss storytelling, structure, and clarity, and identify opportunities to improve impact and alignment with your goals. I’ll offer constructive, honest feedback and guidance; you’ll implement changes in your own time. This is ideal if you already have material and want to sharpen it for applications, interviews, or career transitions.
• Master the Art of Storytelling with Data (60 min): These sessions focus on helping you communicate insights clearly, confidently, and persuasively. We’ll work on structuring narratives for different audiences, making data easier to understand and act on, and improving how insights land with product and leadership teams. We’ll also discuss how AI tools can thoughtfully support synthesis and storytelling without replacing critical thinking. The emphasis is on how you frame and communicate insights, not on producing final artefacts.
• UX & Research Mentorship (General / Strategic) (30 min): This is a flexible, open mentorship session tailored to what you need most right now. It’s well suited for navigating mixed-methods research strategy, measurement frameworks, stakeholder alignment, and scaling research in complex organisations. A key focus can be the practical and responsible use of AI in UX research, including where AI can accelerate analysis, synthesis, and insight generation, and where human judgement is critical. This session is designed as mentorship and coaching rather than delivery; I’ll help you think through options and trade-offs, while you remain the owner of the work and outcomes.
