➤ Designed and delivered interactive prototypes and design specifications for 20+ features targeting 5 user groups across mobile, tablet, desktop, and interactive whiteboards using a device-agnostic approach.

➤ Delivered end-to-end inclusive design solutions for a learning management system for Macmillan Education, resulting in an active and engaged user base of 100K monthly users across 350+ schools.

➤ Managed 7+ front-end and accessibility developers while overseeing deliverables for 4 internal projects, resolving conflicts, and driving alignment between cross-functional teams. 

➤ Spearheaded iterative design and usability initiatives while contributing to accessible elements in design systems, resulting in streamlined processes, and the establishment of accountabilities to enhance design representation and authority within Agile teams.

➤ Accomplished a quarterly sales increase by conceptualizing and delivering 5 premium features with web and mobile app integrations for a cloud-based student safety solution enabling real-time scanning to identify at-risk students. I held sole responsibility for project management and design decisions for two in-house products.

➤ Designed over 10 features based on user needs for 5 student safety solutions, identifying valuable opportunities for improvement. Additionally, I crafted product manuals and conducted usability tests to ensure a seamless product setup process for a family engagement application.

➤ Achieved boost in user engagement by designing user-centered solutions for more than 40 landing pages, presentations, one-pagers, white papers, and emailers across six products. I also played a key role in revamping brand guidelines through collaboration with senior leaders and executives.

➤ Gained a 50% increase in startup applications by redesigning Amplifi’s accelerator website. I used strong interpersonal skills to nurture stakeholder relationships and effectively communicate with senior leadership.

➤ Improved usability led to faster order completions for a B2B customer engagement point-of-sales mobile application. I also streamlined 4 key features for a B2C dentist dashboard, enabling patient monitoring and appointment scheduling via a smart calendar.

➤ I consulted 15+ B2B SaaS startups in various domains to assist in building brand identity and ensuring design consistency by auditing design. I also crafted three pitch decks for potential investors with a storytelling and user-centered approach.
