About Venesa Bashiri

Senior Product Designer & Design Lead at Raima Studio

I’m a Senior Product Designer and Design Lead with nearly 9 years of experience designing digital products, leading design teams, and helping businesses turn complex ideas into clear and usable experiences.

My background combines product design, UX strategy, design systems, and leadership. I started my journey closer to frontend development, which shaped the way I think about scalable products and collaboration with engineering teams.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across agency, in-house, and independent projects, including complex enterprise products and digital platforms.

As a mentor, I enjoy helping designers improve their product thinking, strengthen their UX process, build stronger portfolios, and navigate their career growth with more clarity.

I believe good design should reduce friction for users while helping businesses achieve meaningful outcomes.
