Dodo Brands is one of the fastest-growing QSR franchises in the world, developing its proprietary IT system, Dodo IS. 

I had the honor of leading an amazing cross-functional team of 11 people, creating and implementing people strategies and developing the employer brand.

Some of the results:
- Our employer brand rated Top-9 Tech employer brand in the country in 2022.
- As Head of Internal Communiations kept eNPS, employee engagement and turnover rates at the good level of the previous year during a crisis year.
- Helped our company grow from 150 to 270 well-informed and united people.
- Increased the organic reach of our employer brand by 2.2 times year over year for two consecutive years.
- Grew # of subs of company blogs from 19k to 55k, increased ER by half.
- Dodo Engineering was present at every main Tech conference in 2022 in the country.
- Grew # of program committee members in the company from 2 to 8.

Stepped out from my HR & DevRel career to build job search programs for those looking for their first IT job after a profession change. The programs helped more than 2000 people.

Kladana is a cloud-based ERP designed for SMEs: manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and D2C companies.

I began as the company’s first recruiter and ascended to the position of HRD. Helped the company grow from 60 to 140 people. 

I was responsible for the entire EJM, improved benefits, the performance review process, and developed other HR processes. I established cozy internal communications and launched the employer brand.
