Hi, I'm Veronika and I have 8 years of experience in HR, with the last 5 focused on technical recruitment. I currently work in fintech, and before that I spent over two years at Schlumberger, where I built IT recruitment from scratch for a multicultural team and hired across R&D and engineering roles - from C++ and DevOps to mathematical modeling and embedded systems. I hold a Master's in organizational psychology, which shapes how I look at motivation, team fit, and retention. Mentoring is part of how I work - I support colleagues from intern level through to mid-level.
