Vicky Heinlein is a Berlin-based senior creative specializing in branding, UI/UX, product, and visual communications. With a background spanning agencies, startups, and in-house teams, she thrives in cross-functional collaboration and adapts easily to diverse creative challenges.
Outside of work, she’s a DJ, event producer, and community builder. Vicky co-founded OPEN BLN, a collective for creativity and purposeful collaboration, and The Kollectiv, a Berlin-based creative community launched in 2017. She also co-leads the ADPList Berlin Chapter.
Recognized as a Top 1% ADPList Design Mentor and one of the Top 100 Mentors in Graphic Design (2025), she also mentors with D&AD Shift Germany and Employed.World.
