Victor has been curious about human-computer interaction ever since playing games on his sister’s Commodore 64.
His career began as a creative designer at NYC Health + Hospitals, where he created graphics, advertisements, digital signage and websites for the marketing department.
He became trained in Lean Six Sigma and started using his design skills towards improving the patient experience by delivering value to customers and learned to create engaging digital experiences through experimentation, testing and iteration.
Victor has worked in B2B and B2C startup companies and most recently, Lead UX Designer at the Boeing Company, performing a DesignOps work statement, advocating for cross-functional, inclusive design processes and serving as a UXaaS Product Manager.
When he’s not working on creating engaging experiences, he’s out hiking, cycling or reading up on the latest technology trends designed to improve people’s lives.
