About Victor Rius
Product Manager at Labhouse
I've been building mobile apps since 2014. I started as an iOS developer, but quickly found myself more drawn to the strategic side: why users stay, what makes them pay, and where the real growth levers are.
Today I work as a Growth PM helping app studios like Labhouse scale their subscription apps, while also building, growing, and monetizing my own products (some of which I've sold), and teach Activation and Retention in Product Management courses.
