I lead teams and shape how design works inside an organisation: hiring and growing designers, building design systems and design ops, and putting AI-enabled processes into everyday practice. I'm the person a product org brings in when design needs to stop being a service function and start driving outcomes.
Under the leadership sits real craft — user research, usability testing, brand, and the ability to build a product end to end. Plus a business background and coaching experience, which is what I most enjoy bringing to mentees.
