Hello! My name is Victoria, and I am a UX Designer currently working at Mercado Livre.
My responsibilities encompass the entire UX process, from research and prototyping to documentation and quality testing of the developed solution.
I strive to deliver outcomes aligned with user needs and business objectives, aiming to provide a world-class experience and generate value for society and the company. In 2024, I was recognized as a role model within the company for consistently creating user value, executing with excellence, continuously seeking learning opportunities, and taking entrepreneurial risks.
I am deeply passionate about innovation and understanding the big picture of the projects I am involved in. This natural curiosity enables me to go beyond my role as a designer, providing me sufficient context to propose innovative solutions, understand market trends, and have the autonomy to engage with IT at a technical level.
I have participated in hackathons, winning first place in the first hackathon at my university (UFG). Additionally, this projects was selected to represent Brazil in a global competition held in Canada, the Red Bull Basement.
