Leading our portfolio of title products for our division's largest product.

Building out enterprise product in a leading real estate startup. Endpoint was a startup that my former company BCGDV built and I'm joining many of my former colleagues to scale up this business.

I lead product strategy for our enterprise and new partnerships, working alongside the commercial team, and leading cross-functional product teams to deliver care to a network of millions of patients and increasing access to quality healthcare.

BCG Digital Ventures, now a part of BCG.X, is a corporate investment and incubation business unit of BCG. Alongside Fortune 100 leaders, we invent, build, scale, and invest in startups with the world’s most influential companies.

As a venture Head of Product, I led cross-functional teams of 10 to 30+ to launch new companies and major product initiatives from 0-to-1. My focus areas were in direct-to-consumer (DTC) and digital health tech. This included mentoring PMs and contributing to our product playbooks for the org. Past product highlights include:

Defined and led the product roadmap, strategy, and execution for Slickdeal's native iOS and Android Apps and mobile website, for millions of loyal users.

Led the relaunch of a two-sided wedding marketplace, driving customer discovery with both vendors and customers that resulted in a replatforming and redesign that catapulted our Google SEO rankings from 11th to 1st and 40% increase in time on site and 20% increase in conversions.

Original core founding board member, leading events and online marketing, creating over twenty events, ranging from 30 to 400 attendees from the Southern California region, featuring influential product leaders such as Marty Cagan, Hiten Shah, and Rich Mironov.
