I grew up in India fascinated by patterns, in cricket statistics, in how small decisions ripple into big outcomes. That curiosity led me to data science, and eventually to building systems at Airbnb and Meta that help millions of people have better experiences, from reducing host cancellations to evaluating AI chatbots at scale. What I've learned along the way is that the technical stuff is rarely the hard part. The hard part is knowing which questions to ask, how to translate ambition into a roadmap, and how to navigate the unwritten rules of big tech. I had mentors who helped me with that, and I want to pay it forward.
