I envision product and service experiences that truly matter to people and business. My passion is building and leading multidisciplinary design teams.
Over the last 18 years of my career, I have been instrumental in the ideation, design and launch of software and hardware products across Asia, Europe and the Americas. Having lived across four continents, I bring a global perspective to design and leadership.
I currently lead Service Design at Philips Sonicare where my team is focused on making oral care simpler, more effective and engaging. I achieve desired outcomes by bridging the gap between strategy and experience design.
