About Vika K Z

Co-Founder & Product at Super

👋 there! I'm a product design / PM hybrid. Most recently I co-founded a startup called Super where I lead product. Previously at Facebook, and prior to that I operated as a senior designer in agencies and consultancies working with predominantly enterprise and B2B clients.

I'm focused on supporting mid-to-senior level designers and pms.

Come to me for... Navigating career choices (IC vs management, switching roles/departments/companies, etc). Navigating burnout & setting boundaries. General management mentorship (building teams, fostering healthy team dynamic, effective feedback, product strategy across teams, running design critiques, etc). Managing through challenging situations (giving difficult feedback, negotiating working relationships, managing through re-orgs/company change, communicating around change, letting someone go, etc). Working on communication and collaboration (ex: getting buy-in for an idea or a vision, persuasive communication, building relationships, giving effective feedback, working w/xfn, navigating disagreement). Gaining confidence in your design process.

She is an active listener and helped me in clarifying or resolving the ever-haunting questions which I had in my life :) Her way of interacting with the people and understanding and helping is natural and really powerful.
