Led a team of Product, Service and Content Designers across the Developer Life Cycle initiatives, within the Engineering Excellence org. Our goal was to eliminate any obstacles that internal and external developers faced during their work, and ensure that they could remain in their 'flow state' for longer periods. 
I worked closely with various teams, including feature teams, underlying platform teams, and product teams such as Jira and Confluence, to achieve this objective. Worked with cross-functional partners in Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science to understand customer problems and identify key opportunities for the customer and the business.

In my role as Lead UX Designer at Kmart Australia Limited, I oversaw the design and delivery of Platforms Services programmes, defining new journeys and experiences for customer propositions. I managed a team of UX designers and content designers, providing insight-led partnering to drive impactful change and improve customer experiences.

I led the design of a seamless chain of services and human interactions at Kmart Australia Limited, ensuring a user-centric approach and driving innovation in the design practice. Collaborating with various teams, I conducted user research to recommend optimal user experience strategies and worked closely with product leadership to define future strategies.

Serving as a product design lead across complex projects for multiple enterprise customers in various industries around Australia. Leading and conducting customer research to understand ecosystems and customers while coaching client team members on design research methodology and synthesis.

Led the UX Design team at Ray White and Loan Market. I worked on scaling research and the design system across the entire product and services ecosystem. I created consistent product and services experiences across platforms (property agent tools) and serviced the design and engineering teams to aid with speed and efficiency.

Led the user research and design of Spotless "MyWork" Dashboard and Mobile apps (IOS & Android). Service team web portal and mobile phone apps for managing time-sheets, jobs and audits.

Worked with product groups to develop future strategy for the products in entertainment industry. Produced designs to help the entire product team understand the desired customer experience: A/B Testing, Use Cases, Page Flow, Wireframes, Mock-ups and Functional Prototypes. Conducted usability testing for prototypes. Responsible for leading and managing all facets of web design and App Design projects including project prioritisation, strategic planning, conceptual design, execution, implementation and testing.

Conducted the user research and design of an E-Commerce website for selling printing services. Interviewed customer to understand their pain points and their needs. Created designs to help the entire product team understand the desired customer experience and conducted user testing for concepts.
