As the VP of Design in a startup, I established and led a global team of 12 across design, product, and marketing, driving a product strategy that achieved 3.7X Year-Over-Year Growth, 4.5X Customer Growth, and 4.2X Carrier Growth. With a $3.5M budget, I managed design operations and strategy, reducing operational costs by 50% and launching 6 products that significantly improved key performance metrics. My focus on user-centric design, continuous team development, and a robust business foundation ensured exceptional user experiences and a positive culture. Additionally, I rebranded the company's identity, doubling visibility and increasing the customer base by 20%.

At Yahoo, I developed the Yahoo Search design system, reducing design time by 40%, enhancing UX consistency, and generating $400M. I also launched a conversational AI chatbot across Yahoo platforms and Facebook Messenger. I redesigned and launched Yahoo's cross-vertical product header, improving navigation and member features for 400M monthly active users, raising annual revenue by $15M. Additionally, I integrated a shopping experience into Yahoo Mail for 10% of users, oversaw a global redesign of Yahoo Groups to boost user engagement, and led the design of culturally relevant multilingual sites for Yahoo India

•	Responsible for the user experience of Cisco’s WebEx Cloud Services Platform, overseeing product innovation and providing strategic design guidance concerning collaboration and productivity platform. 
•	Developed, coached, and mentored the team in implementing user-centered design practices, ensuring a consistently high level of quality throughout the development process.

•	Facilitated deep dives to gather extensive research and performed user studies, utilizing gained insights into data center working conditions and user requirements to design data visualization and interfaces of data center applications. 
•	Created and implemented UI guidelines and standards to establish consistency and usability across all applications.
•	Integral in developing and launching various dashboards, providing visibility into performance and the ability to identify issues and deliver resolutions more quickly.

•	Oversaw the management of web, interactive, print design, and creative direction concerning various client projects, ensuring the highest quality of deliverables aligned with client expectations. 
•	Utilized best practices to establish a user-centered design process, listening to the voice of the customer to understand the context of use, business requirements, and specifications, creating design solutions, and evaluating the design effectiveness, ensuring the delivery of high-quality deliverables.

•	Performed as the Head of Design and led a team of 6 designers, overseeing the strategic design strategy, branding, identity, experience design, interaction design, visual design, motion design, prototyping, and storytelling, building brand guidelines and empowering organizational leadership. 
•	Leveraged innovative technologies to lead the design of a touch screen user interface for the world’s 1st biometric ATM from Infonox, using facial recognition technology to complete complex credit card cash advancement transactions.

Designed and authored interactive multimedia applications for internet and electronic publishing.

Responsible for the design and interactive needs of DotXtra's web projects.

Creative team member in a multi-disciplinary design consultancy. Developed design solutions ranging from corporate communications to information systems, packaging and interactive media. Managed the studio's pre-press technology — color correction, pre-flighting, half-tone color separation, and proofing for offset printing processes.

Owned and operated the printing studio. Designed and printed artworks using the silk-screen printing technique on materials ranging from t-shirts, tote bags, banners, mugs, stationery, wedding cards etc.
