Working with engineers

• Led a cross-functional team in the design and development of an Ethereum staking and NFT minting app that processed transactions worth up to 2 million USD. The project resulted in exponential growth of both revenue and user base.
• Designed and developed a high-performance dashboard that rapidly renders and visualizes 10k+ real-time data points sourced from multiple API and RPC endpoints, serving thousands of users.
• Optimized cross-team project development workflow by establishing collaboration protocols and resolving conflicts between business, marketing, engineering, and product teams, leading to the successful incubation of three new projects.
• Managed a blockchain network analysis project with a monorepo structure using Yarn. The project included data ingestion and API server written in Node.js, Storybook component library, and Next.js app in TypeScript and React.js.
• Identified and resolved critical UX issues in technical product specs by prototyping user flows and wireframes in Figma, and scaffolding MVPs using React.js during the early product development cycle.
• Analyzed user feedback for released products in weekly sprints, prioritized critical UI and UX revisions and pivots for development and design teams, and achieved enhanced user satisfaction and retention.
• Improved the Lighthouse performance of a company's 17-languages-supported website from "poor" to "good," resulting in a significant increase in website speed and user engagement.

• Collaborated with the CEO, Design team, and Engineering team to present UI prototypes of experimental features, gathering and organizing feedback from multiple stakeholders to inform future iterations.
• Developed an open-source library that scaffolds a blockchain app communicating with gRPC and Protocol Buffers, written in Vue.js. The library has received over 1K stars on GitHub, demonstrating its popularity and impact in the developer community.

• Developed and delivered e-commerce and business websites in collaboration with Pentagram, the world-renowned design firm. Owned end-to-end responsibility for UI development, CMS implementation, and CI/CD pipeline setup.
• Revamped UI system and component library for iOS AR apps using SwiftUI. Designed for responsiveness across multiple color themes and devices.
• Created tailored Shopify e-commerce websites that increased monthly user traffic by 10%, resulting in significant revenue growth.

• Led web development team to establish a workflow that decreased development time by 150%; the workflow integrated Agile approach, Confluence, Jira, and Airtable
• Created a state management pattern responding to complex states in eCommerce websites
• Collaborated with backend developers to build server-side architecture with PHP and Wordpress

・Developed design systems and Corporate Identity (CI) branding guidelines adopted by digital, web development, and marketing teams.
・Conducted extensive A/B testings between designs with different typographies, layouts, and colors and proposed best problem-solving solutions to clients across multiple industries.
・Created infrastructural design systems for redesigned national ID card, train ticket, Taipei Water Park and Taipei city guide book.
・Coordinated design exhibitions collaborated with "Nuit Blanche", "Taiwan Design Expo" and "The Delight of Chinese Character".

Designed and maintained EVA Air's inflight meals menu, textiles and souvenirs.

• Collaborated with editorial teams from TEDxShanghai and TEDxTokyo on copywriting, interviewing, and writing columns.
• Participated in the National Open Source Translation Project, which promoted TED-Ed’s free learning attitude and challenged the traditional education system.
