I manage, lead and guide the teams responsible for TechDocs and DevShell, ensuring our engineers have the seamless documentation and robust development environments they need to build at scale. By focusing on developer productivity, my goal is to remove friction from the inner development loop.

Develop automation platform to control permission for all third party providers used in Grab for granting and revoke access when grabbers join, request or leave company that reduce monthly request from 400 to 40.

Highlighted in grab first product event as a project to grant user early access program feature start
from user subscribe until user received notifications and have access to the beta program with 1500 user registered within 2 hours.

- Session inspector
Grab collects millions of data everyday and uses it as analysis and debugging. I build a platform to
empower developers to do debugging from our data lake to help them find issues from incidents that
happen. The platform used by > 400 engineers within grab.

Leading core team with 3++ people to handle payment, transaction and data attribution.

- Reduce payment page loading that cause timeout below 20 seconds
- Create tech guideline and roadmap to upgrade mysql 5.7 to mysql 8.0 in RDS
- Introduce api gateway to centralize and structure multiple services.

- lead and coaching the team of 8 +peoples within two teams, inspection and transaction pillar.
- Collaborate, participate, contribute, challenge in discussions pertaining to technical solutioning.
- Contribute to architecture, the consumers and the purpose of the applications under Software Engineering
- Constantly execute in the improvement of the process of software delivery, improving the development. testing, release, monitoring and planning phases of the lifecycle.
