Product, Data and Artificial Intelligence Executive with over 22 years of experience leading the design, build and scale of complex digital products across B2B and B2C environments. I operate at the intersection of product, engineering, data and strategy, connecting business vision to real technical execution.
My core expertise is helping organizations structure products focused on economic value creation, using data, AI and objective prioritization criteria to turn initiatives into measurable business impact. Throughout my career, I have led products with tens of millions of users, teams of up to 150 people, and mission-critical platforms across fintech, gov, mediatech and marketplaces.
I have been working with Artificial Intelligence since 2010, applying recommendation systems, predictive models and forecasting for product growth and monetization. In recent years, my focus has expanded into Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and agentic systems, always with direct application to product strategy, growth and user xp.
Currently, I work as a consultant and mentor, delivering digital transformation diagnostics, executive training and strategic advisory for scale-ups and large traditional enterprises, supporting leadership teams in evolving their product, data, AI capabilities.
