I currently hold the positions of CPO (Chief Product Officer) and COO (Chief Operating Officer) at Guru Investimentos. In these roles, I lead teams in product, operations, data analytics, and customer success.

My responsibilities involve developing strategies and driving growth for our comprehensive investment platform. This includes continuously improving our products and services to meet the evolving needs of our users and align with the company's objectives.

As the CPO, I lead the product team in developing new features, enhancing existing platforms, and creating an exceptional user experience. I also establish strategic partnerships to provide relevant investment content, up-to-date news, and important indicators.

In my role as COO, I oversee daily operations, optimizing processes and resources to ensure operational efficiency. This entails managing teams, improving workflows, and implementing strategies to enhance the quality and delivery of our services.

As the Head of Product at Guru Investimentos, I spearheaded the creation of a brand-new investment product targeting young Brazilian investors. With a focus on building a customer base from scratch, we experienced significant growth in just a few years, acquiring thousands of new customers.

During my tenure, I was responsible for developing and implementing the entire strategy for product development, growth, and business expansion. Drawing upon my expertise in product management, agile methodologies, analytics, and operations, I successfully guided the company towards achieving its objectives.

Overall, my time as a head of product at Guru Investimentos was characterized by successfully building and scaling a new investment product, capturing the attention and trust of a young Brazilian investor base, and driving the company's growth through effective strategic planning and execution.
