• Planned and facilitated 5+ high impact a11y user studies on mobile, desktop and
hardware platforms. Negotiated artifacts between 7 different teams by
collaborating with designers, developers, and PgMs. All bugs filed based on this
research were resolved and impactful changes were made to the product.
• Used research methods such as benchmarking, remote usability studies with
low-fi/high-fi prototypes and production builds, and heuristic evaluations.
• Assisted 10+ teams to run high priority a11y studies. Reviewed research plans and
screeners, and helped with recruitment, pilot sessions, analysis, and reporting.
• Conducted competitive analysis for an a11y feature which is a part of an ongoing
foundational research.
• Conducted secondary research and collaborated with a designer on a
documentation to describe a11y standard for using assistive technology. It will
soon be published on Google Material website.
• Parallelly optimized a11y research process by identifying problems faced by
researchers on other teams and worked with the PgM to address those issues.

•	Mapped customer journey and conducted qualitative UX research such as contextual interviews, usability studies.
•	Found the reasons behind the low conversion rate of free trial users for the “Meetings” product through affinity mapping. 
•	Major reasons included unawareness and difficulty in using basic meeting features such as call scheduling and screen sharing, and usability issues in the sign-up process.
•	Triangulated the qualitative data with the quantitative data from Q-score, NPS, conversion rate, and engagement score reports to prioritize feature suggestions.

•	Empowering disabled grad students: Led and managed an NSF-funded longitudinal project to improve the graduate school experience for disabled students. Conducted thematic analysis of university websites as a probe to understand the process for requesting accommodations. Led interviews with disability services staff from top universities across the US. 
•	Smart cane usability study: Moderated usability study of Intelligent Mobility Cane that is a smart cane developed at CAIR for people who are blind and visually impaired. Analyzed data from study observations and post-study interviews. Internationally presented design recommendations for the future smart canes making an impact on thousands of people.
•	Smart cane adoption: Led and managed surveys and interviews to examine the reasons for the low adoption rate of smart canes. After analysis, made recommendations to address awareness concerns.
