What mentees say

“I was nervous since this was my first time that I met with a mentor, and first time showing my project to someone who isn't professor at college where I study. I admitted that and Vinu was calming and told me to take time. Vinu's words helped me relax while I was showing him what I did so far. Vinu gave me a fantastic feedback as he paid close attention to every little detail I mentioned.”

“Vinu really thought about the ask, understood the problem, and worked through identifying what I went through and where he could support. As a result, I got a chance to really learn and hear my thoughts on what I've been doing well and how I could focus more on that. It was like talking to a good friend. I appreciate the candid conversation that really helped to build my confidence.”
