DrChrono is a cloud based EHR, medical billing software and RCM service provider that fully equips healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care. 

The Job:
As a Senior Product Manager for the Practice & Patient Engagement team, I was responsible for leading our consumer experience roadmap, bridging our customers, the product, and our engineering team. I worked closely with design and engineering to iterate on prototypes and B2B / B2B2C products to rapidly drive user value. 

What I did:
Product Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy by implementing an effective product development and prioritization process, resulting in on-schedule and on-budget product delivery.
Product Development and Management: Oversaw end-to-end feature delivery, writing prioritized feature requirements, and partnering cross-functionally with R&D stakeholders (design, engineering) to build new 0-to-1 products. 
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the digital healthcare space. Use this information to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria and maintain wholesome PRDs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborated closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on product goals, timelines, and strategies.
Product 
Performance and Optimization: Monitor the performance of products in the market, tracking key metrics (KPIs) such as sales, customer satisfaction, and product utilization. Use this data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the inpatient product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Planning meals is one thing, but doing that effectively keeping your personal goals and current health conditions is a completely different challenge. 

The ML enabled tool provides a deep understanding of a person's physical condition (lifestyle+eating habits+health) and referrences that with the siloed data sources for effective meal planning.

Hellomeal is an AI powered tool aimed at simplifying Meal planning process for people with Chronic conditions like Diabetes, Hypertensions etc., Hellomeal applies the domain knowledge of Nutrition Science & Clinical conditions as a mechanism to unify the disparate digital data and uncover insights.

eClinicalWorks is a SaaS based solution provider for Hospitals and Clinics to help with their Telehealth, Population Health, and Patient Engagement strategies. As a Product Manager, I worked for Healow, Consumer health products division. Daily activities involved:
- Lead overall product strategy and roadmap for life simplifying technologies like the Televisits and Online scheduling platforms, generating $1.05 million in annual revenue.
- Worked closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guided the team through key milestones, leading to a 18% increase in software quality.
- Understood the organization's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that were aligned with their mission and recognized best in the industry, resulting in a 37% increase in adoption. 
- Conducted product demos to stakeholders directly impacting sales. Worked in conjunction with Sales, Support, and Service while implementing core strategies for better Product Usage.
- Analyzed complex, large-scale data sets and made decisions based on data

Hired as a Product Specialist and quickly being promoted to a Product Analyst role, I was able to:
- Deploy and Implement eClinicalWorks EHR software for 1-500+ provider organizations.
- Work with 124 individual medical practices to adopt, implement and upgrade latest EHR technology. - Play a pivotal role in a team of 5, to assist ~24000 providers to leverage their EMR software to meet federal incentive requirements.
- Assist Amarillo Legacy Medical ACO to save $2.3M in Medicare Savings program in 2014 by helping them identify gaps in clinical data.

During my time at University of Kansas, I worked with 2 different operative units 
1. Office of the University Registrar
2. Information Technology department

IDS is “The Learning Environments People” at University of Kansas, dealing with classroom technologies and online tools and resources for teaching and learning.

IT department handled most of the Web design, program and development aspects of the university including but not limited to maintaining the university main website. 

Other responsibilities included:
- Provide support for internal data management in IDS, as well as create and maintain websites, as needed. 
- Write programs for data reporting, customizing programs that will communicate with existing databases, developing web-based tools for data input and retrieval by IDS staff members, and / or creating online forms for client use.

CREW Network is the industry’s premier business organization dedicated to the advancement of
women in commercial real estate. My duties in the organization were:
▪ Updating website content, programming new content and functionality for several affiliated
chapters. This involved building web applications using PHP and HTML and MYSQL data.
▪ Development and updating the content in the WIKI for CREW Network and documenting the
process to import content and assist the Director of Technology with routine IT maintenance.
