Managed customer experience & operations of Self Operated hotels (Townhouse, Collection O, Silverkey & Flagship brands) of Oyo at a PAN-India level. In this role, I led a team of direct and in-direct reports to work on various people, product & process level initiatives that directly or indirectly impacted the Guest Experience (Cx).

- Built Go-To-Market  (GTM)  strategies  for  acquiring single  truck  fleet  owners (through Unions & Alliances) and  truck  drivers  (pilots)  for  the  marketplace (Freight) team 
- Built an alternative sales channel with a team of 100+ associates across PAN India, within a span of one month, contributing to 30% of the overall supply acquisition for the marketplace team

- Involved from conceptualization and pilot of Ola Share to its exponential growth over 30+ months with 6 digit daily bookings contributing to more than 25% of Ola, on volume basis
- Oversaw growth & day-to-day operations of Ola Share category across top 7 cities in a highly dynamic competitive & product environment by owning pricing & promotional strategies; tracking competition and driving product developments
- Launched and set up processes and systems (city operations, customer care and driver partner care) for scaling up Ola Share category in multiple cities across PAN India
- Trained & Empowered over 1200+ employees across Customer Care (voice, non-voice), Driver Partner Care, Social (FB & Twitter) and Safety Response Teams
- Led product development of customer (CRM) and driver partner (DRM) support tools for Share

- Handled end-to-end operations for incorporation of navigation in Driver’s app, including driving Product Improvements, Driver raining & enabling smooth PAN-India roll out
- Built and experimented different training methods, on ground, to train drivers on Navigation during  the pilot program
- Implemented a three tier method to train 2 lakh driver partners PAN India - video, telephonic walk-through & office sessions during scale up
- Oversaw about 70 employees for constant reinforcement on Navigation benefits to partners
- PAN India calls to booking ratio dropped by ~68% from start to end of the project

- Lead the planning and execution of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) initiative during the Pilot phase to revamp Govt. Laboratory facilities across 2 Area Hospitals, 4 Community Health Centers and 28 Primary Health Centers across Anantapur district in AP
- Co-ordination across relevant stakeholders/departments at all stages (hiring and training of technicians; purchase, installation and calibration of equipment; revamping the existing facility; upgrading IT and fostering partnership with the existing medical fraternity of the hospital) lead to the successful launch of the Hindupur facility (Area Hospital) in under 45 days

- P & L Accountability of a Territory that constitutes 10% of overall Company Turnover
- Demonstrated a 14.4% organic growth in Revenue on exit basis, over a span of 12 months
- Managed over 120 people with extensive involvement in hiring and training of candidates across different functional profiles
- Reduced Dues from 1.7% to 0.4% (~76% reduction) of Revenue, improvement in Cash Collection by 130 basis points
- Organized ‘Medall Lab Professional Day 2014’, to celebrate hard-work, recognize and reward talented individuals amongst the Laboratory Division of Chennai Circle
