Soon I was promoted to web design leader and started improving the web presence inside the organization, along with other products and events promoted by the organization. As a DesignOps Leader, my main focus was to improve the design process for mobile and web design, providing the best tooling, organizing the design system efforts and strategy around the product design team.

At Springboard, I provide mentorship to designers that want to be placed on their first job. I've helped designers to create their first web/mobile applications from scratch - working with them on every single step of the design process.
