AUTODOC is a technology company with a leading e-commerce platform for vehicle parts and accessories in Europe. Founded in 2008 in Berlin, we manage to serve customers in 27 European countries in 23 languages.

- Acting as the first dedicated UX Researcher supporting the entire Search & Discovery domain, composed of 10 Product Managers, I’ve taken a leading role in redefining the product development workflow. My focus has been on embedding research strategically into the decision-making process—shifting the domain from a reactive mode to a proactive, insight-led approach. By fostering collaboration between PMs, domain specialists, and data teams, I help shape a shared discovery mindset, ensuring that product initiatives are guided by clear user evidence and aligned with business priorities.

- In 2025, led a foundational, multi-phase research initiative across five strategic automotive categories, designed to inform ongoing product development and prioritization in 2025. The first round of qualitative research, including moderated usability tests and cross-functional stakeholder interviews, resulted in 92 actionable insights.

- Contributed to corporate-level strategy execution, ensuring that Search & Discovery (10 PMs) initiatives are grounded in real user needs and that research plays a central role in shaping the future direction of the business;

- Drove organizational alignment, connecting customer pain points to strategic pillars, and helping Product Managers translate insights into roadmap priorities with clearer frameworks and ownership;

Fretebras is the largest cargo transport platform in Latin America 70% of Brazilian truckers are using
the freight platform. I led research initiatives in 2 squads of the SaaS product.

- Led research initiatives to guide product design decisions, collaborated with designers, product managers, data analysts and developers to incorporate user insights into the product roadmap;
- Conducted on-site research such as shadowing for B2B transportation clients and interviews/usability tests with truck drivers at gas stations;
- Collaborated with the Agile team to integrate UX Research activities into Jira, achieved a more streamlined and transparent workflow.
- Facilitated collaborative meetings for dissemination and use of research inputs (ideations);
- Supported the Design Chapter to ran exploratory and validation research.

Engineering Brasil its a Global Information Technology and Consulting company. I worked in the
Digital Lab area supporting clients on discoveries and evaluation processes through research
methodologies. 

My main client was SABESP (Management of Basic Sanitation Company of the State of
São Paulo), where I researched and conducted Sprints to improve the company's digital channels.

- Successfully delivered 12 projects, including Virtual Agency features, Virtual Assistant, and IVR
(Interactive Voice Response) solutions;
- Led Agile sprints and served as the primary point of contact between Client and Engineering teams, facilitated all key meetings such as retrospectives, planning, and ideation sessions;
- Conducted 60 usability tests, focusing on enhancing user experiences and optimising product
performance across sprints;
- Collaborated closely with clients to gain in-depth insights into their business rules, supporting
the development of effective Sprint strategies;
- Facilitated Ideation sessions with Clients, fostering a creative environment for generating
innovative ideas and solutions;
- Provided valuable support to the UI Designer refining designs to align with business rules.

PSafe – B2C mobile utility app with 20+ security and performance features for Android, available in Brazil, the USA, and Hispanic markets.

Led product discovery for the app’s core retention feature (Applock), using interviews, journey mapping, card sorting, and unmoderated usability testing to uncover usability barriers and improve engagement.

Conducted an end-to-end Personas project with 25+ user interviews across Brazil and the USA. Insights directly shaped product strategy and contributed to a 3% increase in DAU within a key target segment.

Delivered a mixed-methods study to investigate user frustration with Smart Assistant notifications. Findings led to a 30% reduction in dialog size, optimized trigger logic, and product updates impacting 1M+ devices.

Designed and executed focused research to improve error messages, reducing user friction in core protection flows.

Created a centralized Research & Personas Hub in Notion and Google Sites to organize and scale insights across the product team.

PSafe – B2C mobile utility app with 20+ security and performance features for Android, available in Brazil, the USA, and Hispanic markets.

Contributed to the repositioning of the Customer Experience team from a reactive support unit to a strategic hub for user insights—enabling monthly pain point reporting, roadmap alignment, and retention-focused initiatives based on behavioral trends.

Planned and executed usability tests and interface evaluations for key B2C features, with a focus on low-end device users in Brazil and the US. Results included a 15% reduction in user error and improved task completion rates.

Delivered monthly pain point reports and presented findings to stakeholders, helping inform product prioritization.

Conducted competitive benchmarks to support usability improvements across main product flows.

Supported market research to validate CX hypotheses around user engagement and retention drivers.
