Leading Paid Media strategy and execution for International Markets (APAC, MEEA, LATAM). This includes:
 - Managing budgets across multiple markets
 - Working with multiple stakeholders and internal teams to drive key business goals, by segment (B2B and B2C) and by customer life stage
 - Driving agency performance and managing portfolio of agencies across 3 continents
 - Subsequently working with legal and procurement to ensure that investments in agencies are competitive and in line with company policy

Devising digital strategy across a variety of digital channels as part of the International Markets digital marketing Centre of Excellence team. 
Focus on the Consumer segment of the business, working with teams in APAC, Latin America, Middle East and Europe.

As part of new organisational structure in 2019, leading digital strategy for Consumer marketing. Working across all of these channels allows collaboration between digital channels and discover common approaches that can be shared between teams and markets.

Paid - Driving APAC strategy for Paid Media to create blueprints and frameworks to scale to local markets and countries across APAC. Also working with local market teams to enhance Paid Media campaigns through adoption of newly implemented tech stack and driving innovations to reach new audiences.

SEO - Defining SEO strategy for International markets and managing agency partner to execute SEO work-streams that solve specific business problems. 

Social - Managing a small team of Social Strategists and Creatives to deliver relevant and on-brand messaging to achieve business goals.

Content - Working closely with creatives to solve customer pain-points through content. This content is then optimized and used across SEO, Paid Media and Social.

I worked as part of the APAC Digital Marketing team, taking care of all Owned digital media activity.  My goal is to drive hotel bookings via our owned digital channels and platforms. 

My focuses were maintaining and improving SEO performance and driving content strategy for Starwood Hotels in AP. I also maintained hotel websites and micro sites. 
This is done within a small digital team, I work closely with the Paid Search, Display Media and Social Media managers. This cultivates a holistic approach to digital, within the organisation and also on an individual level. Developing me into a well-rounded Digital Marketer, with knowledge that spans across Owned, Earned and Paid channels.

My content expertise is in the creative, amplification/distribution and analysis areas. I manage the planning, development and on-going execution of MOMENTUM, the focal point of Starwood Asia-Pacific's content strategy. I also lead other smaller content-led projects within the team, including working with regional digital publishers to create and distribute branded and un-branded content. 

As the sole SEO specialist within the Asia-Pacific organisation my role involves devising and implementing SEO strategy across a number of different countries and for a number of different search engines, in a variety of languages.
As well as the Macro-level SEO strategy, my focus often shifts to micro-level SEO for key hotels. This involves the analysis and optimisation of on-site content as well technical analysis of a hotel website and analytics data. I have created a number of best practice documents that are distributed to our regional and hotel teams so they can implement local SEO tactics.

I also work with the AP brand team to develop and distribute SEO-friendly content. This includes the creation, optimisation and analysis of micro-sites; as well as helping the team to adapt brand content for digital channels and distribution.

Background: Based in Singapore but working with regional digital marketing teams to deliver global SEO projects. The SEO team is specialist GroupM unit that works with Mediacom, Mindshare, MEC and Maxus in delivering integrated SEO + SEM strategies for their clients. 

Role: A senior member of the team responsible for a wide range of SEO projects, ranging from Technical recommendations to content strategies.

Worked on a number of global clients - devising SEO strategies, analysing SEO performance, seeking out potential SEO opportunities and working with other SEM channels to maximise overall digital performance. 

Primary clients included Apple, P&G, Allianz and Sony. Client work was complemented with helping the team grow, by both creating new business proposals and helping on pitches, as well as by assisting in improving workflow processes within the team. The most important aspect of helping the team grow however was acting as a manager and mentor to an SEO Analyst; ensuring that they maintained the high standards of the team, were well versed in the best practices of SEO and worked efficiently for demanding clients.

Skills and Expertise: Constantly building upon SEO skills and holistic knowledge of search acquired in the UK and increasing regional search knowledge via research and analysis of local markets including Japan, China, Korea and Thailand.
Wide knowledge of Baidu organic search and Baidu public platforms including Zhidao, Wenku and Tieba. Well versed in how digital strategy in China is affected by the technological nuances of Baidu and the Chinese search market (brands and user intent/behaviour).
I was a key driver in optimising the performance of the SK-II YouTube channel and through this project developed a great understanding of the technical aspects of the platform as well as the types of content that work best.

Comfortable with both the technical side and the content-driven creative side of SEO. Involved in extensive on-site and off-site SEO.

•	Providing support in the management of SEO Accounts and the execution of SEO tasks.
•	Developing insightful reports on weekly and monthly SEO activity which are then delivered to clients.
•	Planning and executing blogger events including social media management. Co-ordination of SEO content pre and post blogger event.
•	Devising and supporting the design of creative link-baiting content. Including liaising with designers and clients.

Working as part of Yellsites team (as previous roles) but promoted to working on the Premium Yellsite product.

Managing high value, premium clients; from initial contact, design, SEO copywriting and site build, right through to site publishing and post-live site editing and maintenance. 

Duties include: managing large, complex websites including creating optimised, engaging and lead generating copy; managing clients’ amendments/updates; reassessing SEO strategies; introducing and managing social media and link building. 
Liaising with designers and web developers to create high-end, bespoke websites. 
Working knowledge of editing websites in CMS including WebsPlanet, WordPress and FatWire.
