Responsibilities:
•	Lead, Develop and Manage the Presales team, the single channel for all global bids.
•	Head Solutions team for Healthcare, Transportation, Utilities and Education verticals.
•	Coordinate with the Sales Team, Bid Managers and the Technical team to put together winning proposals for the organization for pre-qualification to successful bid submission.
•	Improve efficiency and productivity of Presales process through continuous improvements and enhancements.

•	Won bid for the prestigious TNPA project that involves implementation of Enterprise Port Management System across all 8 ports of TNPA in South Africa.

•	Overall responsible for the establishment, maintenance and implementation of the Quality Management System.

•	Establishment of ISO 9001-2008 and CMMI DEV V1.3 compliant Quality Management System.
•	Led the CMMI Level 5 journey and got the company appraised at CMMI Level 5, the highest accreditation in the IT industry,  in Apr’ 2012.
•	ISO 9001-2008 accreditation for the organization’s IT and GIS divisions.

Responsibilities:
•	Established Mila development center in India
•	Established repeatable processes for all departments including HR, Quality, Admin, and Finance
•	Assisted in putting together India team including directors, senior architects and technical leads
•	Participated in the migration of entire development work and environment from US to India
•	Led product prototype development and participated in the customer and investor demonstrations that lead to successful sign-ups and investments.
•	Work with the alpha customers to refine product requirements and lead the development of alpha and beta releases for the product.

Manage PrePay IN development project at Hyderabad center and overall responsible for on time product delivery that met scope and quality within project cost.

PrePay IN, a product from VeriSign, delivers a real-time rating engine for voice, data, and IN services for prepaid subscribers. Supplementary transactions, such as account adjustments, activations, replenishments and lookups also occur in real-time.

TWIST (The Wireless Integrated Sales Tool) is a J2EE web application for Qwest Communications sales people to place wireless phone orders and subscribers account maintenance. This is an XP (eXtreme Programming) project based on user stories derived from requirements and each release can take up to 90 days.

Also worked on LNP (Local Number Portability) that allows subscribers to switch wireless carriers without having to change their mobile numbers.

SMS (SAAB Management System) is a thin client applet based fully Web enabled application aimed at integrating and improving the relationship marketing process and strategies of various Saab markets.
It has been developed using JAVA, JDBC, RMI and Oracle. Users need only web browser and Internet   connection to access the application.
