Strategic Product and Service Designer at Self-employed

Hi! I’m Vivian, originally from Indonesia and currently based in Zürich. I bring a broad range of experience from working in consulting, startups, and NGOs, collaborating with diverse teams and adapting to various design roles.

As a T-shaped designer, I’m a generalist with a strong focus on service and product design. I hold a master’s degree in Strategic Product Design from TU Delft in the Netherlands (2019–2021), where I studied on a fully funded scholarship, and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Product Design from Institut Teknologi Bandung (2012–2016).

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with top digital agencies like Mirum (Wunderman Thompson) as an experience designer, as well as with PHYSEE, a technology scale-up, where I contributed as a brand designer.

• Elevate your Design Thinking (45 min): Elevate your problem-solving skills in five stages. You'll learn to empathize with users, generate innovative ideas, and create user-centered solutions. Through hands-on exercises and real-world challenges, you'll gain confidence in tackling complex problems creatively. Unlock your creative potential and become a design thinking master.
