Conducting effective customer interviews

I lead onboarding and engagement for users and business clients, streamlining activation and support processes. I’ve introduced automation to improve operations, including commission payments, and enhanced business app reporting to give partners better visibility. I also boosted user participation through leaderboards, incentives, and targeted training.
Currently, I’m building a gamified level system to motivate users and drive revenue growth.

At Ehileha, I worked with startups and scale-up clients to help them build high-performing, user-focused product teams. I supported hiring efforts, guided onboarding and team structuring, and aligned talent strategies with each company’s product vision and growth stage.

At Blackcopper, a fintech startup, I built the customer experience team from scratch, hiring the first team members, defining our customer strategy, and creating foundational structures as the company scaled. I also helped shape the company culture and developed people management practices that supported team growth. As our customer base grew to over 250k users, I led initiatives that reduced complaints by 30% and maintained a CSAT score of 90%. I also drove CX reporting, led cross-functional collaboration, and supported HR efforts, including creating the company handbook, people-related processes.
I was recognized as Employee of the Year in 2021 and 2022, and my team won Best Team of the Year in 2022.
