I run ICODA, a marketing agency of 50 people with offices in Poland and the US. I have been in marketing since 2010, in crypto and iGaming since 2016.

The useful part for mentees is the constraint I work under. In my niche Google Ads and Meta are closed. You cannot buy traffic, so you learn everything else: SEO, PR, community, Reddit, reputation, personal brand. Those plays transfer to any category with no ad budget.

Since 2024 I have run a separate direction: getting brands into the answers ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini give. One client converted at 46% from ChatGPT traffic, almost 5 times their Google rate. Another grew ChatGPT traffic 1400% in 6 months and lifted leads 83%. Most people are still guessing here. I would like to save someone a few months of it.

Inside my own company I hire marketers, train them and keep them. Most of what I know came from doing the work badly first and measuring it.
