For the past 18 years I worked on worlds class platforms (e.g. Booking.com, Atlassian, Coach, etc.) helping 400+ million visitors travel, shop, and have fun.

I have expert knowledge in: A/B testing ( 500+ so far ) and everything about working with data; interviewing designers ( 100+ interviews ); mentoring: especially on topics such as commercial awareness, communication, and career growth;

Combining my design and coding skills allows me to lead multi-disciplinary teams and deliver projects that have a lasting impact. This also helped me get my 15 minutes of fame when one of my side-projects ranked #1 on Hacker News.
