Working with engineers

In this role, I held the position of Lead Designer and Team Lead. As the Lead Designer, I was responsible for the overall quality of the product or project I worked on. As the Team Lead, I focused on the growth and development of the designers' professional skills. Here are some of my accomplishments in this role:

- Conducted over 30 interviews with users and business stakeholders throughout my tenure.
- On one of the products, I designed a section that reduced the approval time from one month to 1.5 weeks.
- Due to my high-quality work, the studio secured 2 long-term contracts with major corporations and gained over 5 new projects.
- Led a team of 6 designers in the studio and nurtured 5 designers from junior to middle+ and senior levels. In total, 11 individuals passed through my team during my tenure, and I was responsible for their hiring.
- Implemented financial management practices within my team, ensuring that the team's gross profit margin never dropped below 56% (meaning the team never operated at a loss).
- Established and launched an exit interview process for departing employees of the studio. This initiative provided valuable statistics on reasons for resignations and the employee life cycle.

In this role, I designed websites, conducted user research, created 3D illustrations, and independently presented my solutions to clients. Here are some of my achievements in this role:

- Developed a system for sketching 3D illustrations, which helped streamline the illustration creation process and make it more consistent. I proposed sketching and approving 2D sketches before moving on to creating 3D illustrations.
- Assembled 1/3 of the components in the Design System for a large bank's corporate website. Alongside this, I conducted reviews of components created by other designers.
- Led a team that achieved the 3rd place in the Pioneum design studio competition. I guided the team, prepared the solution presentation, and conducted a significant portion of the research.
