With my present interest in emerging technology like Automation, Web 3.0 and Metaverse, I look to build operational efficiency by using technology that will replace the majority of manual and repetitive activities. No-code development and rapid prototyping.

I have seen considerable team growth in the pandemic. The team that I lead is now expanding geographically, by utilizing solutions that allow teams to operate remotely.

My main focus in this position is on offering digital solutions and reengineering business processes. I have diagnosed emerging technologies, conducted feasibility studies around them, and created high-level prototypes. The role requires a high level of multitasking and is supported by a number of roles such as hiring team, leading software and game development team, vendor assessment, innovative idea generator, crisis management and resolution, core engine development, technical consultant, business development, project management, and technical planning.

Responsibilities include providing alternate technical solutions that meet the needs of customers more effectively, with increased reusability, and for system sustainability. To provide technical support in defining and positioning standards. Manage several technical teams while staying within the project's budget and timeframe. Perform sophisticated business process mapping to analyse clients and identify areas for improvement. Create a presentation pitch for clients and organizations in order to increase business and profit.

Responsible for analyzing customers' business strategies by understanding sophisticated business processes, large data analysis, mathematical modeling, building digital solutions, and engaging with cross-functional teams. Gap analysis, feasibility studies, and high-level development were carried out in accordance with the needs of the clients.

Creating and implementing key system components in software, as well as identifying redundant or similar logic in code, Evaluated advanced software systems to develop new features and/or improve existing ones. I achieved that the standards for software architecture and modeling were created and defined. Estimated timetables, resource requirements, and detailed project plans to guarantee work was finished on time. I efficiently communicated with project teams, developers, and the creative team to achieve the clients' objectives. Quality assurance, direct customers, and an internal application security team are all part of the process. The primary responsibility was to provide high-quality software that was matched with user demands and business goals. Examining information demands, conferring with users, studying system flow, data distribution, and work processes, researching issue areas, and following the software development lifecycle resulted in the development of software solutions.

Responsibilities include developing websites and interactive apps in Adobe Flash and HTML5, as well as integrating social APIs and SDKs, including Facebook and Twitter. I designed and built high-quality software architectures. Review the analysis, issue description, requirements, solution development, and suggested solutions to determine operational feasibility.  By defining and creating system specs, standards, and programming, I was able to prepare and implement solutions efficiently.

Responsible for building web flash games involving server communication, remoting, sockets, XML realtime data that is CPU/memory optimised, JavaScript implementation for web integration, cross-device compatibility, and Adobe AIR development and integration as the overall game container.

Responsibilities included developing narrative lines and game character profiles. Design evaluations were carried out for faster implementation and development. Game software was created and implemented with a focus on resource efficiency. Unit tests and validation methods were established following the standard, and technical specifications were documented on a weekly basis.

Participated in the design, development, and implementation of modern online applications for both the frontend and backend using the PHP programming language. From the user interface to the server, I maintained and supported web/flash applications.

Besides, my responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing modern online applications for both the frontend and backend using the PHP programming language. I participated throughout the full software development process, from idea to delivery, and provided post-launch support as needed. To identify requirements and solutions, I created flowcharts, layouts, and documentation.  Analyzed and created requirements, as well as evaluated operational feasibility.
