I also collaborated with different teams for detailed design, web business management applications and information architecture redesign. I was a part of a specialized team, where we designed for AR/VR solutions.

Standard Bank of South Africa,
Johannesburg, South Africa
I worked as an onsite consultant for this Core Banking Transformation project. As part of my activities there, I did heuristic evaluation, expert review, Information architecture design, ecosystem study, scenarios, task flows, visual design and Usability testing. I did in depth ethnographic research for user profiling.

Globe Telecom,
Manila, Philippines
I was assigned as a lead on the project to solve issues related to Globe’s service centers, their RM apps and consumer-facing apps. As a part of my work,
I mapped user journeys, identified untapped touchpoints with the users, designed wireframes, and redesigned their Information architecture.

Planned and managed short and long term projects. I applied my experience of Design Strategy to the projects to follow an end to end User-Centric Design process. Did wireframing and visual design.

Key roles and responsibilities were:
1. Organizing concepts and providing usability based design structures.
2. Visual design / User Interface Design
3. Providing solutions for all platforms like IOS, Android, and Windows 8.
4. Guide the team for 360-degree design solutions with research and experience.
5. In-depth research of Interface design, market acceptance, and reaction to various interfaces, navigation, and movement within an application and also delivering the right creative solution for every brand requirement that came along.
6. Close association with the development department both on the mobile and web front as it helped in taking both the technical constraints and design development together.

I was a part of the Campaign strategy team that had to work on POCs, pitch presentations, social media marketing, competitive analysis, and branding. I also learned and helped the team follow the Agile UX methodology.

Key roles and responsibilities that I did:
1. Campaign Ideations
2. Design Conceptualization
3. Competitive Research
4. Elementary Art and Campaign development
5. Brand Identity building and sustainability
6. Design completion and implementation

As this was my first job I learned the Waterfall method of UX/UI. Did user research and documentation for a few of the projects. Gradually I specialized in visual design for mobile applications and websites.
To achieve a well-developed solution, I supported the technical team.
