About Wal Gedeon
Associate Director - Product & Design at VMware Tanzu Labs
I'm here to help other designers with career progression & pivots, navigating the job market, or just discussing design challenges to get your skills/project/product moving.
Alongside my design career, I've spent almost two decades working in the music industry, with many a weekend night DJing to dancefloors around the country.

What mentees say
“Had an interesting conversation with Wal to understand about the design career path and also the different expectations, in terms of skillset and responsibilities for the different "level". Happy to realized that the design process that I've used while I was in a client-facing role was not too far off from the established ex-Pivotal Lab.”
