I’m a facilitator with a background in adult learning and language education, based in Wrocław, Poland. Over the past five years, I’ve designed and delivered participant-centered workshops and training programs — from English language and intercultural communication to group facilitation focused on communication, reflection, and behavioural awareness — for corporate, academic, and international audiences, both online and in person.

My facilitation style is grounded in psychological safety, active participation, and practical application: I help groups move from surface-level discussion to genuine dialogue and learning transfer. I hold a postgraduate degree in Pedagogy from the University of Lower Silesia (DSW) and an MA in English Language Studies, and I currently work as a facilitator with Relevance (Schouten Company group) alongside running my own training practice, Master Your Language Skills.

I’m happy to mentor on: facilitation skills, designing learner-centered workshops, adult learning principles, difficult conversations, and building a freelance training/facilitation practice.
