About Wayne Briscoe
Artwork Lead - Studio at Inizio
Hi, I’m Wayne, and I have over 21 years of experience working in creative agencies as an artworker and Artwork Lead. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across print and digital, collaborating closely with designers, project managers, and account teams to ensure artwork is truly agency-ready and able to move smoothly through production.
In my current role, I support and collaborate with a team of senior artworkers, sharing guidance on artwork standards, production judgement, and best practice within agency environments. I’m particularly interested in helping people strengthen their confidence, refine how they work, and gain clarity on their next career step.
I can help you with • Making artwork agency-ready (file setup, standards, handover) • Portfolio reviews for artworkers • Understanding agency workflows and expectations • Career direction within agencies • Confidence and feedback at senior level
