About Wendell Fernandes
VP of Product & Design at Empower Nation
Hi, I'm Dell and I have over 15 years of experience as a product and design leader. Through the span of my career, I have led teams where I have not only contributed and overseen the design of large-scale products, working cross functionally with key team stakeholders. I love the onboarding process, growth and retention strategies and frequently mentor junior designers and run company-wide workshops, and sprints that deliver results.

“I scheduled a call with Wendell to help me prepare for an upcoming interview. I was worried about how to structure my current talking points and concisely describe the value I can have on a future team. Like a true UX leader, he thoughtfully guided the conversation and provided an encouraging and insightful direction to work towards.”
