Hello, I'm Wendy. I am an experienced Lead User Researcher. By combining psychology, behavioural science and user research my work has contributed to new product launches, new services and a deeper understanding of user needs, pain points and expectations. I lead all stages of the user research lifecycle including framing, discovery, evaluation and measuring in-life impact.
