What is a flash mentorship session? Highly effective mentoring sessions are better achieved in just 15 (to a maximum of 20) minutes. In just 15 minutes, my mentees receive tips, insights and actionable strategies that would normally take them months to learn. In normal 30- to 60-minute sessions, this is often too much. Many topics are addressed and the implementation rate is lower. In my 15-minute sessions, mentees and coachees tell me that they know where to take action. It's more focused and clearer. The take action is close and more achievable. Flash mentoring is aimed at solopreneurs and freelancers or small business owners who don't have a lot of time and just need some advice on a stuck situation.
